About Richard Caswell
Leadership coach and leadership development professional with a background in occupational psychology; working with directors and senior leaders since 2010.

I’m an outcomes-oriented leadership coach and leadership development professional with a background in occupational psychology; and a specialist interest in how self-awareness, interpersonal dynamics, and identity shape the way leaders perform and the results they create.
I’ve worked with leaders and teams across finance, insurance, professional services, logistics, aerospace, engineering, and retail; from newly formed local teams to organisation-wide transformation on a global scale. My coaching clients are typically directors and senior leaders who are navigating a new role, a persistent challenge, or a sense that their leadership needs a genuine upgrade.
My approach combines deep psychological grounding with a completely practical orientation. I hold an MSc in Occupational Psychology and am currently completing an MA in Coaching at the University of Warwick. I’m a Hogan Advanced Practitioner, qualified in MBTI Steps I and II, and hold BPS Level A&B psychometric certification; but none of that matters unless it translates into something useful for you on Tuesday morning.
I’ve been coaching since 2010. In that time I’ve worked with individuals one-to-one, designed and delivered leadership programmes, facilitated strategy days, built 360 feedback processes, and supported organisations through culture change. I believe the best coaching mixes rigorous evidence with genuine human connection; and that the two are never in conflict.
