Level-Up Your Leadership

The most effective leaders don’t just work harder. They work with more self-awareness, more alignment, and more intention.

My aim is to create genuine space for leaders to see themselves clearly and discover new possibilities, so that they can consciously shape their impact on everyone in their system, get great results, and live more aligned, fulfilled lives.

Deep Leadership Self-Knowledge

Accredited Member, Association for Coaching

You’re a leader who knows that what got you here won’t get you where you’re going. Maybe it’s a new role, a persistent challenge, or just the nagging sense that your personal operating system needs an upgrade.

You don’t need extensive classroom time. You need a thinking partner who can help you turn insight into action.

That’s where Sixty Six Leadership Coaching comes in.

Leadership coaching grounded in evidence, built for you.

I have a background in occupational psychology and combine this with a completely practical approach. We go deep into what drives your leadership; we also stay grounded in what you’ll do differently next week.

Every coaching relationship is unique because every person is. Nothing here is off the shelf; it’s careful listening and solutions we build together for your context, all underpinned by psychology.

When coaching helps most

Coaching tends to matter most at particular moments; the ones where how you lead counts for more than what you know. I often work with leaders who are:

  • Stepping into a bigger role, and feeling the gap between the job they did well and the one now in front of them.
  • Newly part of the executive team, and recalibrating how they show up, influence, and hold their own at that level.
  • Sitting with feedback, perhaps from a 360, that has named something they can sense but not yet see clearly.
  • Leading through change or restructure, and needing to stay steady, aligned, and deliberate while everything around them moves.
  • Already a strong operator, and quietly aware that the distance between good and exceptional is not about working harder.

If one of these sounds familiar, that is usually the moment a coach is most useful.

Services

Real change doesn’t happen in classrooms. Every leadership development programme I design includes individual 1:1 coaching; because that’s where insight becomes action. Over 120 individual coaching relationships have been built into my programmes to date.

What clients say

RL, Global Head of Brand, Global FMCG

“Richard has encouraged me to think about things in a different way; in both my internal thought processes and my interactions with others. He has clearly worked out quickly how I like to process thoughts and situations, and while he has incredible empathy, he challenges me in very effective, thoughtful ways. Through his coaching I have become much more conscious of my reactions to external and internal triggers, and much better at responding in more considered ways. This has made me a better manager, more responsive to my leadership responsibilities, but also a better team member and collaborator.”

CFO, Asia, Insurance Industry

“The personal coaching has been great; it allows for an unbiased and safe way to challenge my thinking and see new perspectives. The pattern of regular sessions creates real progress. I wish I had done this type of activity much earlier in my career.”
